The room at Renaissance Hotel was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family like mine. The beds were large and cozy, and the bathroom even had a jacuzzi for the kids to enjoy a bubble bath. The hotel was always spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely polite and friendly. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the bus terminal. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Renaissance Hotel for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was only a few minutes away from the transportation hub, and I was able to easily access the city's major attractions from the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options to choose from.
Nothing it is perfect.

This hotel had an awesome location! It was really close to public transit and a big shopping center for all my needs! the room was very spacious and really clean! I loved that all the things in my room were free to use! the staff was super helpful and polite. They helped me find cool places to visit and made my stay so welcoming! Lastly, the Korean breakfast was delicious! I enjoyed every bite!

This hotel near a shopping center and bus terminal. the room is spacious, clean and well-stocked with toiletries, water, and snacks. Staff are helpful and polite. the hotel provides useful facilities such as a computer. Breakfast is yummy, featuring Korean dishes.
The cleaning staff may be noisy in the morning.

The staff, manager, and service were professional and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with toiletries and snacks. The location was convenient, with a nearby departmental store and restaurants. The bus stop and taxis were easily accessible. Additionally, the room size was perfect for families and the beds were comfortable and spacious. a enjoyable 10-night stay.
